Tasting notes:
Nice “cuvee” from vineyards grown in the Alto Palancia mountain ranges. It has a violet red colour, with a medium layer.
It´s a wine full of harmony, balance and fresh fruit. On the nose it´s a delicate wine full of Mediterranean notes such as rosemary, thyme, sage, lavender, pine and balsamic notes. The strawberry and ripe cherries notes are very intense and they are accompanied by beautiful smoky and toasted notes from its time in oak barrels.
On the palate it’s very harmonious, balanced, full of fine and fresh tannins that will make it live for years to come.
A wine of great elegance where balance is the hallmark.
Part of the IGP Castelló.
